Quality Control

Our Quality Control Inspectors are also Certified Welding Inspectors qualified in accordance with the American Welding Society Standard for Qualification and Certification of Welding Inspectors QC1.

The Quality Control department's nondestructive testing personnel are certified to the guidelines of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) Recommended Practice No. SNT-TC-1A.

Testing is accomplished by our in-house Level II inspectors using Ultrasonic, Liquid Penetrant, and Magnetic Particle testing methods. If the need arises, Radiography is contracted to a qualified outside laboratory.
